TAYLORD SUCCESS

My Nourished Lifestyle

If you want to live this too — here's how.

Chef Tiesha Taylor-Junius in her kitchen holding the Lifestyle Meal Prep guide

This page isn't about products.
It's about practice.

You ask me all the time what I use. So here it is — in one place, honestly.

Everything shared here reflects how I live, move, eat, and steward my life. Not a list of things to buy. A record of what actually holds up in a real week, in a real kitchen, in a real home.

FAITH  ·  FOOD  ·  FORM  ·  FAMILY

Take what serves you. Leave the rest.

A LIVED EXPRESSION

The 4 F's of the Taylord Lifestyle

Everything on this page passes through these four filters first. If it doesn't serve one of them, it doesn't make the list.

FAITH

The foundation of every decision

Faith is where my nourishment begins. Before food plans. Before movement routines. Before productivity or performance.

I believe alignment with God brings clarity, peace, and direction — especially in how we care for our bodies and our homes. The rhythms, tools, and practices I use are grounded in listening first, then moving from purpose, not pressure.

Nourishment flows best when FAITH leads.

FOOD

Stewardship, not restriction

Food is information. Food is care. Food is legacy.

As a Wellness Chef who's prepared over 50,000 meals, I don't believe in dieting, extremes, or confusion. I believe in intentional nourishment — ingredients and tools that make real food easier to prepare, enjoy, and sustain.

  • Simplicity in the kitchen
  • Confidence in choices
  • Consistency without overwhelm

FORM

Strength that supports your calling

FORM isn't about shrinking your body. It's about supporting your life.

The movement tools and routines I use help me build functional strength, protect my energy, and stay capable in everyday moments — from the kitchen, to my work, to my family.

  • Builds strength without burnout
  • Honors joints, posture, and longevity
  • Fits into real schedules

This is strength as stewardship. Strong enough to carry what you're called to carry.

FAMILY

Where nourishment multiplies

Family is my why. It's the kitchen table. The habits modeled. The legacy shaped through daily choices.

The lifestyle tools I share here help create environments that make nourishment easier — for you, and for everyone connected to you.

When one woman nourishes herself well, the ripple effect reaches every room of the house. Because what you practice privately, your family benefits from daily.

Move With Strength

Tools I use to build functional strength without burnout.

The Solam Bar

SOLAM FITNESS · HOME STRENGTH TRAINING

A free-weight bar with resistance bands built directly into the grips, plus multiple grip positions. One piece of equipment instead of a room full of machines.

I use it because it builds real strength without pounding my joints — and because it lives in a corner of my home, not a whole gym. Strength that fits a real schedule is strength you'll actually keep.

Storage & Prep

WHERE MEAL PREP ACTUALLY STARTS

Prep fails in the storage, not the cooking. If there's nowhere to put it, you won't make it twice.

Tools I Reach For

NOT A FULL DRAWER — THE ONES THAT EARN THEIR SPACE

Pantry Staples

WHAT'S ACTUALLY IN MY CABINET

Gluten-free, dairy-free, soy-free is how I cook. These are the shortcuts that don't cost you the ingredient list.

DRESSING

  • SideDish Miso Caesar — the one bottle of dressing I keep on hand. Miso doing the work anchovy usually does.

Food on the Run

FOR THE DAYS THAT GET AWAY FROM YOU

Some days the prep doesn't happen. That's not failure — that's a Tuesday. Keep these in the car, the bag, the desk drawer.

What I Wear on Camera

ASKED OFTEN ENOUGH THAT IT HAS ITS OWN PAGE

The tops, cardigans, and pants I actually film in — plus the ring light and mic. These aren't nourishment items and I won't pretend they are. They're what works on camera, they're affordable, and they hold up through a filming day.

FOOD

Support My Nourishment

Supplements I personally use to support energy, digestion, and recovery. Two sources, two different jobs.

LivePURE

MY DAILY ROTATION, IN ORDER

These eight are what actually stay in my rotation — grouped the way I use them, not the way a catalog lists them.

MORNING — THE FOUNDATION

  • GoYin — superfruits and herbs including astragalus, jujube date, hawthorn, schisandra, and ginger, built on traditional Chinese herbal practice to help the body handle everyday stress. A good source of B6 and B12.
  • Fusion — all four superfruits in one bottle: goji, acai, noni, mangosteen. No added sugar, sweeteners, or preservatives. One pour instead of four.

DAILY — FILLING THE GAPS

  • Daily Build Liquid — the liquid multivitamin I take alongside the morning pour.
  • CalciuMK Liquid — liquid calcium with K, in a form that's easy to stay consistent with.
  • Mila — whole food, not a pill. It goes into what I'm already making.

THROUGH THE DAY

SEASONALLY — THE RESET

  • Cleanse Liquid — used occasionally, not constantly. A reset is a season, never a lifestyle.

Food comes first in my house. Always. These fill gaps — they don't replace a plate. But when you're feeding a family, running a business, and still trying to steward your own body, gaps are real. This is how I cover mine.

Be aware before you click: LivePURE is a direct sales company. You can buy as a regular customer at listed prices, and members pay less — but there's also a distributor side where people earn commissions and build teams. Buy what serves your body. You're never obligated to join anything.

LiveGood

MEMBERSHIP WELLNESS CLUB · SUPPLEMENTS

Multivitamins, magnesium, D3 + K2, greens and reds powders, and protein — third-party tested for purity and potency, and priced well below typical retail markup.

These are the ones I keep on my own shelf when I want a specific single nutrient rather than a whole-food blend.

Be aware before you click: LiveGood is a membership club, not a standard online store. There's a one-time enrollment fee plus a small monthly membership to access member pricing, and members can also earn commissions by referring others. I'd rather you know that up front than find out at checkout. Check current pricing on their site before you commit.

BEFORE THE CART

No tool will do the work for you

A bar in the corner and a bottle on the counter won't change a thing without a rhythm behind them. If you want what's on this page, start with the practice — then let the tools support it.
