TAYLORD SUCCESS AFFILIATE AGREEMENT

This Affiliate Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into by and between Taylord Success (“Company”) and the approved affiliate (“Affiliate”).

By participating in the Taylord Success Affiliate Program, Affiliate agrees to the following terms:

1. PROGRAM OVERVIEW

Affiliate agrees to promote Taylord Success digital products and programs, including but not limited to:

• Foundations of Nourishment
• Nourish with Purpose, Not Restriction
• Nourish 52
• Lifestyle Meal Prep with Chef Tiesha (Ebook)

Affiliate will receive a unique tracking link provided through Kajabi.

2. COMMISSION & DISCOUNT STRUCTURE

• Affiliate Commission: 15% of the net sale price
• Client Discount: 5% discount applied to the customer at checkout using the affiliate’s link or code
• This structure applies across all products, unless otherwise stated in writing by Company.

Commissions are calculated on the discounted purchase price (after the 5% client discount is applied).

3. PAYOUTS

• Affiliate commissions are paid after the refund window closes.
• Payouts are issued via Kajabi’s affiliate payout system.
• Payout timing follows Kajabi’s payout schedule and minimum payout thresholds.
• Affiliate is responsible for providing accurate payout information.

4. REFUNDS & COMMISSION REVERSALS

• If a customer requests and receives a refund within the refund period, the associated affiliate commission will be voided or reversed.
• No commissions are paid on refunded purchases.

5. AFFILIATE RESPONSIBILITIES

Affiliate agrees to:

• Represent Taylord Success truthfully and professionally
• Avoid false, misleading, or exaggerated claims
• Use only approved branding, messaging, and materials
• Clearly disclose affiliate relationship (FTC compliance: #affiliate, #partner)

Affiliate may not:

• Use paid ads on branded keywords (e.g., “Taylord Success,” “Chef Tiesha,” “Nourish 52”)
• Imply employment, partnership, or ownership with Company
• Offer unauthorized discounts or bonuses

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content, trademarks, logos, and materials remain the sole property of Taylord Success.
Affiliate is granted limited, revocable permission to use approved materials for promotion only.

7. TERMINATION

Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time, with or without cause.
Company reserves the right to terminate Affiliate participation immediately for violations of this Agreement.

Upon termination, unpaid commissions for valid, non-refunded sales may be paid at Company’s discretion.

8. INDEPENDENT CONTRACTOR

Affiliate is an independent contractor and not an employee, partner, or agent of Taylord Success.

Affiliate is responsible for all applicable taxes related to commissions earned.

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Company is not liable for Affiliate’s statements, marketing practices, or business operations.

10. ACCEPTANCE

By enrolling in the Taylord Success Affiliate Program, Affiliate acknowledges and agrees to the terms of this Agreement.
